01 How does the account handover work?
After checkout, you receive PDF instructions, your Order ID and a unique one-time claim code. Join our Discord, open a private Account Handover ticket and submit both codes. Once verified, the credentials are delivered through our protected handover process.
02 What information is shown for each account?
Every listing shows the FACEIT connection and Elo, Premier rating, account age, Prime status, Steam level, medals, additional games, hour type, known bans or restrictions and available ownership documentation.
03 How are accounts inspected before listing?
Every account is held by Prohub for at least 90 days and manually reviewed before it is listed. We inspect the visible account status and documentation instead of immediately reselling unverified purchases.
04 Are original email and proof of purchase included?
This varies between accounts. Every listing clearly states whether original-email access and proof of purchase are included or unavailable. Never assume either is included unless the listing confirms it.
05 What does the 3-month warranty cover?
Coverage lasts 90 days from delivery and applies to verified seller recovery and qualifying purchase-related chargebacks originating before delivery. Buyer-caused bans, credential sharing and platform enforcement are excluded. Full warranty terms apply.
06 Are account transfers completely risk-free?
No account transfer can be promised as entirely risk-free and transfers may be restricted by platform rules. Prohub reduces avoidable risk through the 90-day holding period, manual inspection, transparent documentation and protected handover.

01 How do I book a service?
Choose your package and complete checkout. You then receive your confirmation, booking instructions and unique booking code. Join Discord and open a private Service Booking ticket with your Order ID and code.
02 Do you need access to my Steam account?
No. Premier boosting is provided through live Duo Queue. You always play on your own Steam account, and Prohub never requests your password or login credentials.
03 Which services are available?
Prohub offers Premier Duo Queue boosting, personal coaching and detailed demo reviews. Each product page states the exact number of matches, session length and included deliverables.
04 How are session times arranged?
Send your preferred dates, times and time zone in your private Discord ticket. Main availability is usually between 15:00 and 00:00 CET. Your appointment is confirmed before the session begins.
05 Can players outside Europe book a session?
Yes, but sessions are normally played on EU servers and arranged around Central European time. Players outside Europe should consider their expected EU ping before purchasing.
06 Is a specific match result or rating gain guaranteed?
No specific match outcome or rating gain can be guaranteed. Your purchase covers the matches, time or analysis stated in the package. If Prohub cannot deliver a confirmed booking, support will resolve it under the applicable service terms.
