1. Digital Products All products are digital goods delivered electronically via the platform immediately upon successful payment. No physical items are shipped. Delivery logs, timestamps, IP data, and access records are retained as proof of delivery.

2. Delivery & Access Products are considered delivered once access, a download link, or account activation is provided. Customers are responsible for ensuring correct purchase information and device compatibility prior to buying.

3. Refund Policy Due to the instant delivery nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final. Refunds may be granted exclusively in cases of duplicate payment, verified non-delivery, or a technical defect preventing use that cannot be resolved through support.

4. EU Digital Content Waiver By completing purchase, the customer expressly requests immediate delivery and acknowledges that performance begins upon delivery, thereby waiving the 14-day withdrawal right under EU consumer law once delivery commences.

5. Support & Disputes Customers agree to contact support at Discord before initiating any payment dispute. We reserve the right to suspend access in confirmed cases of fraud, abuse, or unauthorized payment activity.
