Every eligible ProHub account is already held by us for at least 90 days before being listed, helping to reduce the risk of previous-owner recovery before the account ever reaches you.

What Is Covered?
The Premium Account Warranty applies if you permanently lose access to your purchased account because a previous owner or supplier successfully recovers the account during the warranty period.
All claims are reviewed and verified by ProHub Support.
What Is Not Covered?
The warranty does not cover issues caused by the customer's use of the account, including:
- VAC, Game or Community Bans
- FACEIT bans or restrictions
- Trade or Steam Market restrictions
- Competitive cooldowns
- Trust Factor or rank changes
- Cheating or prohibited software
- Account sharing or resale
- Phishing or compromised devices
- Lost passwords or customer-controlled email access
- Customer security negligence
- Failure to follow provided Account Setup & Warm-Up Instructions where this causes or contributes to the issue
- Independent enforcement actions by Steam, Valve, FACEIT or other third-party platforms

The Premium Account Warranty extends the duration of your Account Recovery Warranty only. It does not expand the types of events covered.
